Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Hustle Guy! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully. All returns and refunds are subject to approval.

1. Digital Products:
  • Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases (e.g., e-books, templates, software, online courses, gift cards) are non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered and downloaded, I am unable to process refunds or exchanges.
  • Defective Products: If you experience issues with a digital product (e.g., download errors or technical issues), please contact me within 7 days of purchase, and I will work to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution, subject to approval.

2. Tangible Products
  • Returns within 7 days: Tangible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To request a return, please contact support@thehustleguy.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. The return request will be reviewed and subject to approval.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are subject to approval.

​3. Website Design & Website Management Services
  • Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of website design and website management services, all services are non-refundable once work has started. If you are unhappy with the progress, please reach out immediately, and I will work with you to address concerns or make adjustments.
  • Approval of Changes: Any major changes requested after the design process has started or the management plan is in place will require mutual approval. I strive to meet your vision, but all work is subject to discussion and agreement.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a website design or management service, please do so before the work starts to receive a full refund of any upfront fees. After work has commenced, no refund will be provided.

​4. Academic Services
  • Refund Policy: Academic support services (e.g., tutoring, essay assistance, exam preparation) are non-refundable once the service has been provided. If you're unsatisfied with the service or have any concerns, please contact me immediately, and I will address the issue to ensure you're getting the best support.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your scheduled appointment as long as it has not yet started. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
  • Exception from cancellations fee: Medical reasons or death in the family. I understand that unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies or the loss of a loved one, can arise. While I empathize with these situations, I kindly ask that you approach the use of these reasons for requesting a refund with fairness and integrity. I trust that you will use these exceptions in a reasonable and ethical manner to ensure that refunds are processed in good faith.
    To request a refund, please contact
    support@thehustleguy.com with your order number and reason. The refund request will be reviewed and subject to approval.
  • Service Satisfaction: If you feel that the support provided was not up to your expectations, please notify me within 7 days of the service completion. I will review the request and make adjustments if necessary, subject to approval.​

​5. Photography Services
  • Refund Policy: Photography services, including photoshoots, are non-refundable once the shoot has been completed. However, if you are unhappy with the final product, please contact me within 7 days. I will review your concerns and make adjustments, such as re-editing photos or scheduling a reshoot, depending on the situation, subject to approval.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a photography session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
  • Exception from cancellations fee: Medical reasons or death in the family. I understand that unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies or the loss of a loved one, can arise. While I empathize with these situations, I kindly ask that you approach the use of these reasons for requesting a refund with fairness and integrity. 6. Exceptions
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective tangible product or a service you believe was not performed as agreed, please notify me within 7 days of delivery or service completion. I will review your case, and if approved, I will provide a solution, which may include a refund, exchange, or rework.
  • Non-returnable Services and Products: Digital products, custom services (such as website design, academic support, and photography), and certain tangible products (such as custom items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

​7. Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange a tangible product, please follow the same return process. Once the return is approved, I will issue an exchange based on availability.
